Our Services
Performance-Based Rehab for Adult Athletes Led by Doctors Who Train.
Renegade provides one-on-one physical therapy, bodywork, and performance-focused services for active adults who expect more from their care.
We don’t separate rehab from training, or recovery from performance. Every service we offer is designed to help you move better under real-world demands—not just feel better temporarily.
No cookie-cutter plans. No rushed sessions. Every visit is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who understands your training, movement, and lifestyle.
Orthopedics & Sports Performance
Rehab That Carries Over to Training
Pain that only shows up when you lift heavy, run long, or push the pace is still pain—and it deserves to be addressed properly.
Orthopedics & Sports Performance at Renegade focuses on identifying the root cause of pain, movement limitations, or recurring injuries so you can train without constantly holding back.
We assess how you move under real training demands and rebuild mechanics that support strength, longevity, and performance.
Common reasons people come in:
- Persistent joint or muscle pain
- Recurring injuries that never fully resolve
- Limited mobility affecting lifts or running
- Performance plateaus
- Injury prevention and movement optimization
Pelvic Health
Integrated, Full-Body Pelvic Health Care
Pelvic floor dysfunction often shows up as chronically tight, pinchy hips, low back pain, SI joint pain, leaking, or discomfort during training.
We provide full-body, integrated pelvic health care for both women and men—addressing the pelvic floor as part of the entire system, not in isolation.
Pelvic health care at Renegade goes far beyond isolated exercises and focuses on restoring confidence, control, and function during movement and training.
We commonly work with:
- Pregnancy and birth preparation
- Postpartum recovery (vaginal or cesarean)
- Leaking with exercise, coughing, or lifting
- Pelvic pain or pressure
- Pain with intercourse
- Prolapse diagnoses
- Athletes returning to running or sport

Bodywork
Strategic Recovery for Active Humans
Recovery is just as important as training—but it’s often the hardest thing to prioritize.
Bodywork at Renegade is designed to support recovery, reduce stiffness, and help you feel better between workouts. Sessions can be used on their own or alongside physical therapy and training.
Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day.
Modalities may include:
- Cupping
- IASTM / scraping
- Massage
- Assisted stretching and mobility
- Dry needling (when appropriate)
Dry Needling
Pain Relief and Recovery Support
Dry needling is offered as a standalone service or integrated into physical therapy and bodywork sessions.
It’s a safe, effective technique used to decrease pain, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery—particularly for active adults.
Dry needling may be used to support treatment for joint pain, muscular tightness, headaches, jaw pain, and post-training recovery.
Dry needling is not required for care, but may be recommended when it supports your goals.

Running Evaluations
Running-Specific Assessment and Treatment
Runners are dedicated athletes—and they need care that reflects the demands of their sport.
Running evaluations at Renegade assess how you run, load, and move to identify inefficiencies, injury drivers, and performance limitations—without telling you to stop running.
Whether pain shows up early in a run or late in a race, it matters.
Benefits include:
- Improved running efficiency
- Reduced injury risk
- Faster return to pain-free mileage
- Greater confidence in training
